LearnDashly provides a distraction-free interface for viewing educational content hosted on YouTube. We do not host, download, or re-distribute video files. All video content is streamed directly from YouTube via their embedded player API.
Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using LearnDashly, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
To use certain features (like progress tracking), you must create an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
LearnDashly claims no ownership over the video content displayed. All video content remains the intellectual property of the respective YouTube creators and channel owners. The design and code of LearnDashly are owned by us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We rarely experience downtime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
